Step 1:
Register & get introduced to your 'Coach For Life.' We will provide a free introduction to anyone interested in starting their fitness journey. You’ll meet this person during your introduction and your coach for life will work with you to understand exactly what motivates you and how you can work together to ensure you keep coming back and continue to achieve incredible progress.
Step 2:
After your fitness introduction, you and your coach for life will sit down and work to create a personalized plan of action for our fundamentals program that caters to your specific goals and works with your current level of fitness. There is no cookie cutter way to introduce you to our programs and that’s exactly why we have a 1-on-1 fundamentals program! Our fundamentals program is designed to teach you the movements we do in the gym in a safe environment without adding intensity until you show proficiency in the movements. It’s also designed to get you acquainted with your coach for life and to start to meet some of the members in the gym without being involved in the class just yet.
Step 3:
Once you graduate fundamentals it’s time to start classes, at this point you should be proud of your new found level of fitness and the excitement to start a class should be off the charts! You and your coach for life will decide how many times per week you should attend classes and how often you both should meet 1-on-1 to ensure you stay on track. These are what we call our hybrid memberships, designed to keep you attending classes and ensure you meet with your coach for life as often as needed. No more starting a program and never finishing it, we make sure you’re in the gym as often as you need to be!

4. If I am out of shape can I still do the Fundamentals Course?
Yes, our experienced Coaches specialize in working with beginners. We have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level. We do this all day everyday :)
5. I have an injury. Can I still do the Fundamentals Course?
Absolutely, we can work around any injuries and modify the workout to avoid causing any pain to your body.
6. Does it include a nutrition plan?
Absolutely! We will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals. Our Nutrition Coaching is completely customized to your lifestyle.
