2 Squat Cleans + 1 Front Squat

Ab Sliders x 5 Each Arm

Towel Lat. Pulldowns x 10

Rest no more than 90 seconds between round

Metcon

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

AMRAP in 3:00 x 3 Rounds

5 Thrusters**

5 Burpees

*Rest 1:00 between rounds*

**Thrusters can be single or double arm**

(10 reps per round)
