TriPark Strength – Saturday Partner WOD OUTSIDE
With a partner, for time:
20 Hang Cleans
20 Barbell Lunges
20 Shoulder to Overhead
1.5 Mile Run*
*1.5 Mile Run Rules:
Athletes may add the 1.5 mile run wherever they want throughout the metcon.
If they choose to complete the run during the metcon then one athlete may work on the run while the other works on the barbell reps
If they choose to complete the run after all 5 rounds of work has been completed they will complete the run in a “I go, you go” fashion where one person is resting at a time.
One athlete will be working while the other is resting, unless one is running.
