Metcon (3 Rounds for time)
With a partner, complete each section in the allotted time:
5 Rounds for Time
12 Calories on the Rower
24 Wall Balls
1 mile run (in 200m intervals)
Hang DB Clean and Jerks (50/35)*
You and your partner will have three times for your score: section 1, 2, and 3. If you do not finish the work for any section in the allotted time, your time for the round is the max time + 1 second for every rep not completed.
For example: if you and your partner do not finish the 5 rounds of the 12 cals and 24 wall balls in the 12 minute time frame, your score for that section is 12:00 + one second for each rep not completed.
